How quickly will I get my prints?
Prints are created on demand. Alps prints ship the next business day after your order is received. Fujix prints will ship one or two days after we receive your order. Prints are shipped via insured Priority Mail. US residents purchasing via credit card should receive prints in about five business days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders in U.S. funds. These should be payable to Software Solutions. Credit card payments are handled by our authorized reseller, CCNow.

What is your return policy?
If your print is damaged in any way in shipping, send it back immediately and we will send you a new one. If you don't like your print, Raul will be very sad and hope you'd like to exchange it for a different one. Or if you prefer, he will tearfully--I mean CHEERfully refund your money.
